60s With A Twist

Happy Friday everyone!! To celebrate the impending weekend, we thought we’d throw a little beauty gif atcha…

The very cute Nathalie from Chic works a fresh faced beauty look with a 60s twist. Add some door-knocker earrings and a brilliant YB J’Aime dress and you’ve got one killer cocktail party look. Make-up man Peter Beard gives us the low-down on how to DIY:

“Give a modern edge to a classic 60s shape, by drawing a line across the entire eyelid crease, while skipping mascara and liner entirely. Use a deep brown or black pencil through the crease of the eye and set with a matching eyeshadow to give a softer edge to the line. This will stop the it from looking to costumey.”

We used Stila Smudge Stick in Lionfish and Nars Cream Shadow in Cayenne
